Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. They collect and process your card or account details directly. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount, the last four digits of the card, and the billing information you provided at checkout.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our site we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and time spent, through cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.

Who we share it with
Service providers. Companies that operate our business on our behalf, including our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), our customer relationship and email platform (GoHighLevel), our website host, and our scheduling and file storage providers. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
Continuing education bodies. We report attendance and issue documentation through the American Academy of Dental Hygiene (AADH) and the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), including AGD’s PACE program. Your name, credential, license number, and attendance record may be shared with these organizations for that purpose and retained as required for audit.
Program hosts and co-presenters. When a program is held at a partner facility or co-presented, we share the registrant roster with the host and co-presenting faculty for the purpose of running the program.
Sponsors and partners. Our programs are supported by manufacturers and partner organizations. We share registrant contact information, which is your name, email address, and practice name, with the sponsors and partners supporting the program you attend. These companies may contact you about their products and services. They use your information under their own privacy policies.
You can opt out of sponsor sharing at any time. See “Your choices” below.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to legal process, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of any person.
Business transfer. If our business is sold or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share certain information with our sponsors and partners, as described above under “Sponsors and partners.”
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. To opt out of this sharing, email info@drjoyrdh.com with the subject line “Do Not Share My Information,” or use the sponsor sharing opt-out described under “Your choices” below. We will apply your opt-out within 15 business days.
Your choices
Marketing email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also email info@drjoyrdh.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages about a program you registered for.
Sponsor sharing. To keep your information from being shared with program sponsors and partners, email info@drjoyrdh.com before the program begins. Opting out does not affect your registration or your participation.
Access, correction, and deletion. You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@drjoyrdh.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we may retain information we are required to keep for continuing education, tax, or legal purposes.
Cookies. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Parts of our site may not work correctly if you do.
How long we keep it
We keep registration and continuing education records for at least seven years, consistent with recordkeeping standards from both the Academy of General Dentistry PACE program (AGD PACE Guidelines, Standard XI) and the American Academy of Dental Hygiene. We keep other information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our site and programs are for licensed oral health professionals and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Residents of the United States
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of sale or sharing, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. These rights come from state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar laws in other states.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@drjoyrdh.com, and we will respond according to the law that applies to you. California residents specifically have the right to opt out of the sharing described above, as explained in “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.”
Links to other sites
Our site and our programs may link to sites we do not control, including partner and sponsor sites and registration pages hosted by program hosts. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The updated version will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
