2024 has truly been my busiest and most rewarding year yet! This year, I had the privilege of completing five Board Reviews, hosting two educator conferences, leading ten hands-on workshops, and delivering over 30 webinars and lectures. Each opportunity has been a chance to connect, inspire, and elevate—and I’m deeply grateful for every moment.

It’s been an honor to take the stage at some of the most prestigious events in our field, including Chicago Mid Winter, RDH U in Canada, Yankee, Star of the North, Thrive Live, Texas Dental Association, CDA - Anaheim, RDH UOR, ADHA, Alabama Academy of General Dentistry, Greater New York, and Mid-Continent Dental Meeting, just to name a few. The response has been overwhelming, with mostly sold-out crowds eager to learn, grow, and engage with the latest in our profession.

Key Milestone in Publishing

This year, I had the distinct honor of contributing as a co-author to the textbook "Infection Control in the Dental Office in the Era of COVID-19", an important resource for dental professionals. I collaborated on Chapter Three, titled "Overview of Infectious Diseases of Concern to Dental Practitioners: Blood-Borne and Related Pathogens", which provides essential insights into infection control practices.

Published by global publisher Springer Nature, this textbook is designed to offer valuable information to dental practitioners. It has been a privilege to be part of an effort that advances knowledge and supports excellence in our field.

Furthermore, I have also been hard at work developing a new instrumentation book, a project that is long overdue. The process has been both long and arduous, but also incredibly rewarding. This upcoming resource aims to address critical aspects of instrumentation, offering comprehensive guidance to enhance professional practices.
